The fine print, in plain English.

What exactly does the per-piece price include?

Everything required to get the piece into a mailbox and the response back to you: printing, the envelope, first-class postage, address verification, the unique offer code, and the recipient's private offer page. There are no separate postage or “tracking” fees.

Do I pay for mail that cannot be delivered?

Addresses are standardized and verified before printing, so most bad addresses never get charged. Pieces that are mailed but come back as verified-undeliverable are credited to your mail wallet automatically.

Is there a minimum send size or monthly commitment?

No. You can mail one transactional letter or ten thousand campaign pieces. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime — your data stays exportable.

How does the mail wallet work with my card?

You top up the wallet with a card (billing is Stripe-backed), and sends draw from the balance at submission. You can enable auto top-up with a threshold so a scheduled drip never stalls on an empty wallet.

What happens when I outgrow the Free record limit?

Nothing breaks — your data is safe and sends keep working. You will be prompted to upgrade to Pro before importing records beyond the limit.

Do you offer agency or volume pricing?

Agencies run on Pro with client workspaces included. Volume discounts on per-piece pricing start at 10,000+ pieces per month — talk to us and we will set a rate.
