Before anything prints

Verified addresses, or the piece never prints.

Every address is standardized and validated against postal records before the job runs. Bad addresses are held back and flagged — not printed, not charged, not wasted.

CASS-standardized. Unit numbers, directionals, and ZIP+4 corrected automatically.
Undeliverables held back. Flagged in the campaign review before you approve.
Returns become credits. Verified-undeliverable pieces credit your wallet.

At any volume

One letter or ten thousand — same pipeline.

The fulfillment line that runs a 10,000-piece campaign also mails a single triggered contract letter. No minimums, no setup fees, no different vendor for small jobs.

Transactional sends. Trigger one piece from the API or the UI the moment an event fires.
Scheduled campaigns. Queue a send for the day your list is freshest.
Mail-event webhooks. Printed, in transit, delivered, returned — pushed to your systems.

Fulfillment FAQ

What people ask before their first send.

How long until pieces are in mailboxes?
Jobs typically print within 1–2 business days of approval and enter the mail stream the next day. First-class delivery usually lands 3–5 business days after induction, depending on destination.
Can I use my own branding and return address?
Yes — your logo, brand colors, signature, and return address go on every piece. The mail looks like it came from you, because it did. GoMailOffers never appears on the piece.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The same pipeline handles one transactional letter and a ten-thousand-piece campaign at the same per-piece price, with volume discounts starting at 10,000+ pieces a month.
What happens to mail that cannot be delivered?
Verified-undeliverable pieces are logged against the prospect record, credited back to your mail wallet, and excluded from future drip touches until the address is fixed.
