Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for what may be sent through GoMailOffers — because we put physical mail in real mailboxes on your behalf.

Last updated: June 10, 2026DRAFT — pending legal review
This page is a structural draft. Final language must be supplied and reviewed by counsel before launch.

The principle

Mail sent through GoMailOffers must be honest, lawful, and respectful of recipients. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any send that violates this policy. Placeholder — counsel to formalize.

You must have the right to mail your list

Lists must be lawfully obtained (e.g., public county records, your own customer data). Purchased lists of dubious provenance, scraped personal data, and lists subject to contractual restrictions are prohibited. Placeholder — specifics.

Honest offers only

Pieces may not impersonate government agencies, financial institutions, or legal process; may not present fake checks as negotiable instruments; and must identify the real sender. Offer values shown on pieces and portals must be genuine. Placeholder — enumerate prohibited formats.

Suppression is mandatory

Opt-out requests are enforced platform-wide for your account automatically and may not be circumvented by re-importing, renaming, or editing records. Placeholder — describe enforcement.

Prohibited content

No deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful content; no content targeting minors; no regulated offers (securities, lending, insurance) without required disclosures. Placeholder — full enumeration.

Reporting abuse

Recipients or third parties can report questionable mail to abuse@gomailoffers.com. We investigate every report. Placeholder — process and consequences.
